๐๐๐๐ (Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co.) received on Wednesday 24-5-2023 a delegation from the Hapag-Lloyd shipping line represented by Mrs. Vidya Damodharan, Director Procurement Region South Europe, Mr. Alper Tavukcu - Operations Director in Turkey, and Mr. Omar Ismail - Director of Operations in Egypt. They were greeted by ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐๐ข๐ค ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฅ - Executive Managing Director of Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co.
It is worth mentioning that the Hapag-Lloyd shipping line is one of the most important customers of Damietta Container & Cargo Terminal and is the number one customer among the terminal's customers.
Mrs. Vidya Damodharan, Director Procurement Region South Europe, expressed her confidence in the terminal's ability to continue to receive and operate container ships efficiently, and expressed her happiness with the honorable image in which the terminal appeared and her admiration for the quality of the level of service provided by the terminal.
Mr. Alper Tavukcu - Operations Director in Turkey praised the skill of the staff of Damietta Container and Cargo Handling Company and their efficiency in dealing with the recent congestion crisis and working to solve it as soon as possible.
For his part, ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐๐ข๐ค ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฅ welcomed the guests and expressed his full support for all shipping lines, including the Hapag-Lloyd shipping line, and also all their inquiries were answered, and he stated that the station continues to implement its giant investments to ensure the provision of distinguished services to its customers from shipping lines as well as Egyptian exporters and importers.
