It is worth mentioning that the Hapag-Lloyd shipping line is one of the most important customers of Damietta Container & Cargo Terminal and is the number one customer among the terminal's customers. Mrs. Vidya Damodharan, Director Procurement Region South Europe, expressed her confidence in the terminal's ability to continue to receive and operate container ships efficiently, and expressed her happiness with the honorable image in which the terminal appeared and her admiration for the quality of the level of service provided by the terminal. Mr. Alper Tavukcu - Operations Director in Turkey praised the skill of the staff of Damietta Container and Cargo Handling Company and their efficiency in dealing with the recent congestion crisis and working to solve it as soon as possible.
